About Nicole:

One of the most important things about life is where you live, and when it comes to Durango, some people just can’t stay away. Growing up in Durango, Nicole left after high school to attend the University of Colorado where she graduated with a degree in International Affairs and a minor in French.

She decided to give the big city a try and quickly became one of the top producing sales agents for a national builder. Leading her own team, she received high marks for sales and providing excellent customer service. As an additional service to her buyers, Nicole gained valuable knowledge while she studied and passed the Colorado Real Estate Appraisers exam.

After a few years, Nicole came back to be closer to family and to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Durango has to offer. Upon her return, Nicole joined Team Lorenz at The Wells Group. As a Buyer Specialist for Team Lorenz, she is able to focus on finding the best property for her clients. Nicole is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and was a past recipient for “Rookie of the Year” awarded by the Durango Area Association of Realtors.

On her off days she enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking, biking, snowboarding and snow shoeing. Nicole’s dedication to working with people, along with a strong sense of community, enables her to provide the best service possible to her clients.
