About Kelli:

As the Licensed Assistant to one of the Owners of our firm, I support Jim Wotkyns in working with Buyers and Sellers through a smooth real estate transaction, along with helping Jim with business operations. I started with The Wells Group in 2008 and was extremely honored when I received our Spirit Award at our annual banquet. I’m grateful to be a member of this professional team and believe that if you do good things for good people the rewards will follow.

In 2000, I hand-picked Durango as the mountain community where I wanted to live, play and raise a family after living in various areas of Colorado since 1990. I now have a young son in grade school, who loves to explore the region with me by snow skiing, hiking with our Border Collie, and participating in various sports and family activities around town.

I am enthusiastic about promoting Durango as an ideal community for an active lifestyle with quick access to the mountains and desert. I have worked at the Durango Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Office. Between Jim and I, we know our area quite well.

Prior to entering the real estate field, I worked for the American Cancer Society as their Quality of Life Manager to assist patients and their families with treatment related tasks. Once licensed as a real estate broker I knew there was only one firm in town where I wanted to work, The Wells Group. Their reputation, community involvement and leader in the marketplace SOLD me. I was also a client of The Wells Group when I bought and sold my home…something I would definitely recommend to you.

My Community Involvement:
• Park Elementary School Parent Volunteer
• St. Mark’s Godly Play Sunday School Teacher
• American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life Team Recruitment Co-Chair
• American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life Team Captain
• The Family Center – annual fundraiser planning committee member
• Habitat for Humanity – Women Only Build
